Memory Care

Each day is an opportunity for success

Alzheimer's and Dementia is something that families don't have to go through alone. Our trained caregivers in Hundred Palms' Special Needs area are here to encourage participation in daily routines to help residents stay engaged. And with individually tailored living arrangements, you can rest easy, knowing that your loved one is getting the exact care they need to make progress.
